The Administrative Coordinator position is responsible to answer phones and emails for our client companies (other local small businesses), schedule appointments, process notifications and invoices, etc.

Company Description:
Canoe Consulting provides marketing, design, accounting, and administrative services for small businesses located in Hawaii. To our clients, we are their “virtual” office, and we establish and maintain their day-to-day business operations.

Full-time or Part-time Administrative Coordinator
